According to the API audit plan,from 3rd March to 6th March, the two teachers from API come to make four-day audit for Donghua API spec 7F certificate renew verification. 

    This time,they also checked all the inconformities found of year 2014 and then verified &close loop and meanwhile recorded

all the work instructions during the products manufacturing that should be followed strictly according to the API required concerning Donghua,specified all the material properties &performance while making design output for guiding purchasing,manufacturing and final inspection.Besides,they found four inconformities combining the process inspection requirements

corresponding the trace-ability management and standardization etc..The final audit results are that all the inconformities submitted already verified and recommended by API and could be awarded the certificate.

     In the last time meeting,the management representative ,Mr.Yuan lihua expressed his thanks for the audit team hard work to find the inconformities and addressed that they are the weak points for Donghua at present. API Spec Q1 is a value added job

for the enterprise otherwise we can't enter the US market at all and for all the inconformities found,all the dept should study

and learn carefully and find their solutions , promoting the enterprise management level by standardization carrying out,changing the standard to be the routine work.
